    AOCS Technical Services: Acrylamide Proficiency Testing

    Info: AOCS is offering a proficiency testing program for acrylamide, using test matrices such as instant coffee, crisp bread, cocoa powder, peanut butter, potato chips, cookies, breadcrumbs, and cereal. Two samples will be sent every three months (8 samples per year), allowing the participant to evaluate progress regularly, and make appropriate adjustments during the year. Program dates for 2003 are:
    - August 15, 2003--enroll by August 1, 2003
    - October 1, 2003--enroll by August 20, 2003
